Chengyuan 2023 Teaching Ability Competition has come to a successful conclusion

In order to further improve the teaching ability and level of our teachers, promote the professional development of teachers, strive to build a team of professional teachers with noble ethics, advanced concepts, excellent teaching design, good teaching effect and strong teaching ability, and select participants for the teaching ability Competition of Hainan Vocational College Skills Competition in 2023, The Academic Affairs Office of the College held the final of the Teaching Ability Competition in the satellite classroom on May 12.

This competition is divided into two parts, including the introduction of teaching implementation report and on-site display, from the objective learning situation, content strategy, implementation effect, teaching quality, innovation characteristics and other aspects of the comprehensive assessment of the players. In the introduction of the teaching implementation report, the teacher representatives of the participating teams had clear ideas and proper ideas.

During the on-site demonstration, the participating teams were fully prepared, the language expression was clear and accurate, and the teaching process was designed reasonably. Within the prescribed time, the teaching charm and teaching style of each team were fully displayed, showing a classroom full of passion and vitality. All the participating teams devoted themselves with full enthusiasm, and demonstrated the excellent teaching style of our teachers through teaching design explanation and non-student teaching.

Finally, the judges put forward improvement suggestions for the non-student teaching display of each participating team, helped the teachers polish the teaching implementation report, teaching plan, curriculum standards and other competition materials in accordance with the requirements of the provincial competition, and wished the participating teams good results in the provincial competition.

This competition is not only a test of the teaching ability of professional course teachers of the college, but also provides a platform for young teachers to learn, observe and display, and promotes the research and discussion of classroom teaching by young teachers. The competition selected 1 group of first prize, 1 group of second prize and 1 group of third prize.
