In order to deepen the college teachers better understand and master the college title evaluation policy, help teachers understand the title declaration procedures, and further improve the quality of title declaration work, on the afternoon of March 29, our college held a series of teacher title declaration and explanation special training meeting. The training was organized by the Personnel Department and all teachers participated in the training.

At the training meeting, Wu Dongjun of the Personnel Department introduced the overall situation of the reform of the college's title, and she explained in detail from the aspects of title evaluation policy, declaration conditions, declaration process, teaching performance, and scientific research results. At the meeting, the points for attention in the application process in previous years were explained, and the teachers were concerned about the title evaluation questions were answered.
